Questions, answered

Is your olive oil certified organic?
We grow without pesticides or chemicals, but we are not certified organic, PDO or IGP. We prefer to let the oil, and our lab analysis, speak for itself.
What does 'early harvest' mean?
We hand-pick our olives while they are still green, before full ripeness. This lowers our yield but produces a fresher, more peppery oil that is naturally higher in polyphenols.
How should I store the oil?
Keep it somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and sunlight. Use within a few months of opening for the best flavour. Our tins protect the oil from light particularly well.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For larger or wholesale orders, please contact us directly for a quote.
