These terms govern your use of the Babbolio website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Our olive oil is a natural, agricultural product. Colour, aroma and flavour vary naturally between harvests. We describe our oil honestly: it is produced without pesticides but is not certified organic, PDO or IGP. Independent lab analysis is available on request.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
