Single estate. Family owned. Third generation.

Clay badlands and harvested fields in the Basilicata hills near the estate

The Estate

A single grove in Basilicata.

One estate, one harvest, one family. Everything we make begins and ends on this land.

The Land

Where the south of Italy meets the sun.

Basilicata is one of Italy's wildest, least-travelled regions, a place of mountains, ancient villages and silver-leaved groves. Our estate sits among them, tended by hand across the seasons.

The terroir does the work: poor, stony soil that stresses the trees just enough, long sunny days, and cool nights that lock in aroma. The result is an oil with real character: grassy, peppery, alive.

From Grove To Bottle

How we make our oil

01

The grove

Our trees grow on the stony hillsides of Basilicata, where hot days and cool nights concentrate flavour. We farm without pesticides or synthetic chemicals.

02

Early harvest

We hand-pick while the olives are still green. It costs us yield, but it gives an oil that is fresher, greener and far higher in polyphenols.

03

Cold extraction

Olives are pressed within hours of picking, at low temperature, to protect the delicate aromas and fresh, grassy flavour of a true extra virgin oil.

04

Bottled in small batches

We bottle in small batches and store the oil cool and dark, so it reaches your table tasting the way it did the day it was pressed.

Our Cultivars

A blend with deep roots.

Our oil is a blend of estate cultivars, including a local autochthonous variety found only in our corner of Basilicata. Each brings something different: fruit, bitterness, pepper, balance.
