Where we ship
We ship across the UK, Europe and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Free shipping
Orders over our free-shipping threshold qualify for complimentary standard delivery. The threshold and your progress towards it are shown in your cart.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the UK and Europe, and longer for international orders. We pack carefully to protect the oil in transit.
Returns
Because olive oil is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or tins for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Storage
Store your oil in a cool, dark place away from heat and light, and use within a few months of opening for the best flavour.
