Our Story
Three generations. One passion.
The land is not ours; we inherit it from our fathers and entrust it to our children.

Famiglia Babbolio
Planted by my grandfather. Carried on by my father.
Our olive oil carries our family name. My grandfather, Nonno Nicola, planted these trees by hand, working the land through good years and lean ones.
My father took up that work after him and carried it into the next generation. Today, our family continues it. We have changed how we farm. We pick earlier, press faster and refuse chemicals. The spirit is the same: patience, respect for the land, and pride in what we make.
Every bottle carries that story. When you pour our oil, you taste a place, a season, and a family that has tended these trees for three generations.
Our Heritage
A family timeline
1952
The first trees
Nonno Nicola plants his first olives on the hillsides of Basilicata, choosing varieties suited to the stony soil and dry summers.
1981
A family trade
The grove passes to the second generation. Harvests grow, and the family begins pressing oil for neighbours and the village.
2018
Back to the land
The third generation returns home, committing to early harvest, cold extraction and farming without pesticides.
Today
From our table to yours
